Eligibility and accounts

You must be an adult, or a parent acting for your household, to create or manage an account, purchase credits, upload a photo or join the newsletter. Keep your sign-in details and devices secure, provide accurate information, and tell us promptly about unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account unless the law says otherwise.

The service

PlotWild uses your garden photo and broad location to create visual concepts and general planting guidance. Outputs are concept renders, not surveys, specifications, construction drawings, safety assessments, horticultural guarantees or professional advice. Images can be inaccurate. Check boundaries, utilities, drainage, structures, dimensions, soil, local rules, plant suitability, toxicity, invasiveness and quantities with appropriate professionals before buying, planting or building.

Your content

You retain your rights in content you upload. You give PlotWild a limited licence to host, copy and process it solely to provide, secure and support PlotWild and to meet legal obligations. Upload only content you are entitled to use. Do not upload people, precise address documents, unlawful material, malware, or content that violates another person’s privacy or rights.

Credits and payment

A pack contains five shared credits at a €10 EUR base price. Stripe Checkout shows the local total and currency before you pay. A new project or revision ordinarily uses one credit. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable between accounts and are subject to the refund and cancellation policy. Payment facts, credit fulfilment and refund status are reconciled against Stripe records.

Acceptable use

Do not bypass authorization, rate limits or upload controls; probe another person’s projects; automate abusive requests; reverse engineer protected parts of the service; interfere with workers or billing; or use PlotWild to create illegal, deceptive or harmful content. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or service integrity.

Availability and liability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every output will be suitable for a particular site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or, where applicable, death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to those protections and mandatory consumer law, we are not responsible for indirect loss or decisions made without independently checking a concept output.

Ending use and changes

You may stop using PlotWild and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breach, security risk or legal necessity, with notice where practical. Material term changes will be posted and communicated where required. Mandatory consumer protections in your home country continue to apply.
